There are many: Options. Is it low abdomen? If u need to urinate more it may be a uti. It may be muscular from the sneeze and cough. If your timing is correct, considering a normal cycle i don't think you are pregnant but if u miss your period, check of course. It's simply too broad a question, many organs in abdomen, need more details.
