Why can't my husband always reach orgasm?

Medications: The most common reason to be able to get an erection but not acheive orgasm is medication - usually anti-depressants. Other medications can also cause this (blood pressure, for example) but usually they also interfere with erections.

Low T, High P, Meds: Low testosterone, high prolactin, frequent masturbation, stress, and medication are just some of the common causes. If the problem persists, it is time to call your family doctor.
