Ovulation: is it possible to conceive before ovulation, or you must only conceive during or after ovulation? and how long can sperm live inside cervix

Impossible: It is impossible to conceive before ovulation because the egg hasn't come out yet. Sperm that made their way past the cervix can live about 3 days (occasionally longer, but that's hard to prove in an individual woman).
