New birth control pill causing pelvic pain, what should i do?

Switch pills: Although you should consider the possibility that something other than the pill is causing the pain (ovulation, an infection, cysts, fibroids, etc.). If one type of pill causes unpleasant or undesirable side effects, sometimes a different hormonal combination in the pills will be better tolerated.
