It's just a vaccine: The hpv vaccine is a good vaccine, especially for young women because their infection with high risk hpv may lead to cervical cancer, but it's just a vaccine. Being just a vaccine, it has no way of stopping a couple from meeting, going out on dates, getting married, having sex, or anything else along that line.
