i just got out of the hospital from ruptured appendix. my vagina bled while in hospital. now its constantly wet with thin mucus. is this concerning?

Maybe normal: Being in the hospital can affect your period. Make sure you are not pregnant, then wait for normal periods to resume. If not normal within a cycle or two, check with your doctor.
