Is it true that if u time sex accordingly you can somewhat "plan" desired gender? (factoring in ovulation and when to have / avoid sex).

Sex selection: The gender of your baby is determined by which sperm fertilizes the egg. The characteristics of x sperm (female) and y sperm (male) overlap considerably. There is no reliable way to determine baby's gender by timing intercourse: you may only slightly shift the statistical chance of a boy or a girl.
