STD/STI or UTI: Burning pain in penis can be due to sexually transmitted disease/infection or to urinary tract infection (latter is painful upon urination). Best to go see family doc for evaluation, diagnosis & treatment. County & city health clinics can provide this care as can planned parenthood, too (yes, they take care of men, too). Regular proper use of condoms can decrease risk of stds/stis.
