I just recently got these three bumps and i'm worried. they are on my inner thigh. they look like pimples they appeared over night, could it be herpes?

Several possibilitie: Though herpes is a possibility, a careful examination ( location, pattern, surrounding skin color, presence of pain, others) is needed to determine if it could be molluscum contagiosum, shingles, early folliculitis, or other process.
