Many possibilities: But 1st, find cause of ed. Is it stress (family, friends, money, work, etc). How about bad habits, eg smoking & excess alcohol. Poor health (high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, etc). Medication side effects? Low testosterone? Ed also linked to heart disease so ask your family doc to consider big picture not just ed. Viagra (sildenafil) & competitors work. Muse & Caverject work, too.
