It is normal: On the smaller side of normal, but any erect penis 12.5 cm or longer is normal for caucasian men. Normals can be smaller for some asian men and larger for some african or part african men. Length is not as important as man man think.

A 17-year-old male asked:
Can the cold temperature decreases the erected penis length?

Dr. Alvin Linanswered

Unlikely: Cold temperatures are more likely to decrease flaccid length, thus jokes abound about how cold it must be. But once excited & erect, penis should attain typical length regardless of ambient temperature.

Just a wild guess...: Most likely yes. 95% of penises are "normal" length, with 2.5% shorter than "normal" and 2.5% longer than "normal." Those are some statistics to guess by.

That depends: A certain degree of angulation can be normal, however don't know how much your penis is bent. Please see urologist, who will be able to examine & advise you.

Likely: If you are referring to the glans (/very top), then yes. If a portion of the shaft is not becoming erect, then you should see a urologist for exam.
