Yes or no: Yes if your foreskin is tight +/or can not be retracted, penis is difficult to keep clean, causes recurrent balanitis or causes pain with sex or masturbation. Not if foreskin retracts easily & thus for cosmetic reasons or just because partner thinks it is a good idea.
