Physical health: Masturbation is not normally harmful to physical health. However, if one is overly vigorous/ forceful or uses objects which are contaminated or shaped in a manner that could puncture, then infection or injury could occur.

Is Masturbation bad?: No. Period. There is no health reason to not masturbate. Nearly all humans do masturbate or have masturbated. This is part of human sexuality and should carry no shame, guilt or worry of disease.
