Yes: There is always a possibility of conceiving when one has unprotected intercourse. If one has regular 28-day cycles and expected menses 4/13, ovulation predicted to be two weeks prior (3/30). Thus, unprotected intercourse on that day certainly makes it possible for conceiving. Would recommend taking home pregnancy test at time of expected menses.
