Missed period : If the dates are right, you're 2 weeks "late." a pregnancy test should be positive by now, but many things can happen, including a very early miscarriage or a myriad of hormonal changes that can affect your period. If you don't get your period again in another 2 weeks ( your next cycle), and a home pregnancy test is still negative, you might want to consult your gynecologist and schedule an exam.
