May improve: It may be the absence of the abnormal (= pain w/bm) that you are noticing during sex--this should improve if given some time to heal/acclimate to what should be "normal." try regular stool softener (miralax/citrucel/fiber gummies/prunes-- whatever you can take regularly) enough to prevent constipation & give it a cpl wks--if no change for better, may need to see GI dr for check.
