See below: Any vaginal discharge? Antibiotics may have upset yeast-lactobacilli balance in vagina resulting in yeast overgrowth. See OB to make sure nothing more severe is occurring. Sometimes yogurt with active cultures eaten whenever on antibiotics can prevent or lessen yeast "infection".
