What are normal side effects of coming off of birth control?

Mostly none: Most women go back to regular periods right away, but for some, the period may be slightly delayed. If you want to get pregnant, see your doctor if period doesn't come back in 3 months. Also take prenatal vitamins. If you don't want to get pregnant, use another method.
