Hematospermia: Hematospermia is almost never serious. It is generally caused by a mild infection or inflammation at the level of the prostate or seminal vesicles. If discomfort or blood persists, see a urologist and be examined. You may need an antibiotic.

Hematospermia: Hematospermia (blood in th semen) and post-ejaculatory pain together are characteristic of prostatitis. I would suggest you see you physicain or a urologist for evaluation. You likely will need an antibiotic.
