Back pain and white : You should see your family physician or gynecologist. You could have a pyelonephritis which could damage your kidney function. This is not uncommon in young women. The white discharge could be many things including stds such as chlamydia. See your physician now and give a good history. Incidentally: you should always relieve your bladder before sex and within 15 -30 minutes after.
