Does vivelle (estradiol) dot patch have any bad side effect? if so what are they?

Maybe: I often recommend this estrogen replacement. It does not require liver transformation and may lower clot risk.

Same as any estrogen: Vivelle, (estradiol) an Estradiol patch, has the same risks and side effects as any other estrogen. (risks include blood clots, increased growth of estrogen-receptive breast cancer, etc.) benefits are the good things about estrogen: secondary sexual characteristics such as breast development in transwomen, less vaginal dryness/hotflashes for genetic menopausal women. Patches tend to slip off if you are active.
