Yeast: Most likely a yeast infection. Other infections, psoriasis and allergic dermatitis are other possibilities. You could try otc lotrimin (clotrimazole) and see if that helps. Avoid fragranced panty liners, flushable wipes, etc. If no better, see gynecologist/derm for exam.
