Keep going: If you take an incorrect pill, and it's only 1, it's unlikely to increase your risks of pregnancy--if it's a combination pill. If you're worried, use a back up method for a week. If you miss pills often, think about using an easier birth control, such as a long-acting reversible contraceptive (iud or implant).
