Weight loss: The answer to both your queries is weight loss; men with abdominal girth who lose weight can gain 1 inch in overall length; as well as increase their stamina levels. Aerobic exercise(e.g. Walking/swimming) can do the same{shrinkage from the pool aside :) }.

Healthy living: Nothing will change the length of the penis. Losing weight will make the penis appear larger as it will not be concealed in the pubic fat pad. As for stamina, a healthy lifestyle including a balanced diet, aerobic exercise, and adequate sleep are the best and safest things you can do to help youself.

Surgery/weight loss: There are only a couple of strategies that may appear or actually enhance penis: 1) losing weight if you have a thick pubic fat pad. 2) surgeries: the penis is connected to your pelvis with a tough fiber called the suspensory ligament. This holds back some of the penis shaft and hides it inside your body. Surgically cutting the ligament releases tension and ― theoretically ― more of the shaft.

No: Absolutely not. It is completely normal for an infant to tug on, fondle or rub his penis once he's developmentally capable of finding it with his hand.
A member asked:

How can I care for my uncircumcised baby's penis?

Dr. Irwin Berkowitz

Nothing: There is no care necessary for a newborn's uncircumcised penis. Most times the foreskin cannot be retracted initially so trying to pull it back will result in pain and possible scarring.

No: Do not get into stretching exercises to enlarge the penis. Outside of the approved vacuum device to allow an erection, don't manipulate the penis to enlarge it. It is dangerous. Enjoy what you have and when it is worn out, we will see about getting you a new one.

See pedi urologist: An experienced pediatric urologist, or a reconstructive urologic surgeon with plenty of experience with urethral reconstruction, are probably the best drs. To deal with this problem. We advise patients that the urinary meatus should reach the the coronal sulcus (groove at base of glans) for satisfactory fertilility. Alternative is to do nothing if functions (urination & sex) are satisfactory..
A 46-year-old member asked:

How long do you need to work out to increase stamina?

Run for 20min: To get aerobic fitness, try running. Start with a 3minute jog on day one and repeat this for 3days. Then increase length of run by 2minutes every 3 times you run, and work your way upto 20mins. That is sufficient to give you stamina for high demand sports such as squash.
