Depends: Depo can cause prolonged suppression of ovulation and normal cycling in former users. Up to 18 months in worst cases. But if you are having normal monthly periods since getting of the Depo-Provera then you are ovulating regularly. Keep in mind that it may take some time to conceive. You could see your dr for labs and sonogram if you are getting worried. If you are not getting periods, then i would re.
