Can you clarify?: Freud himself wrote, "everyone is insane when they are in love." simply resolve to treat others responsibly, practicing the golden rule. Between puberty and age 110, you will not be able to put thoughts of sexuality out of your mind, and from time to time these feelings will lead you to do things that don't make sense. It's a fact of life ; even happens to "sensitive" and "nice" people.

Now... if you have some obsessive thought that troubles you, or you are preoccupied with erotica and are missing out on other things that you need / want to do like relationships, work, study, and fitness, or if your sexuality isn't working as you'd like it to -- then your physician can probably help or find someone who can help. This is a side of your life that should be great for you.
