Hard to tell: Hard to tell because in a woman with irregular periods, one cannot be sure when her ovulation happens. That means one cannot tell the best days to have sex on to get pregnant. If the january 21 bleeding was a true period, then january 23 is too soon to be fertile (too soon to be ovulating).
