Yes: Tubal ligation is very effective at preventing pregnancy but no contraceptive method is 100% effective. After a tubal ligation if you become pregnant there is a chance it could be a tubal pregnancy and that needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. You should see your doctor in order to follow the pregnancy and confirm its location.
