Yes.: Taking the "morning after pill" is like a high dose birth control .... Therefore, this can interfere with your "normal" cycles. Taking two morning after pills so close together could make your periods late or irregular. It may take a few months for things to become normal again. You should talk to your dr about birth control options! :).
