Not normal: You need a careful neurologic examination. There could be a problem with your spinal cord or nerves going to or from your spinal cord. This needs to be checked out. R u stumbling or tripping when u walk or run? Do u have any bladder symptoms such as frequent urination or wetting? Could indicate a spinal nerve problem if any such symptoms have developed.

Normal.: The G-spot is a myth. Clitoral stimulation is required for orgasm in most cases. Without clitoral stimulation, sex is just not as much fun, for most women, and orgasm is less likely. The vaginal wall has receptors that can detect stretching and with significant stretching, pain can be felt.
