Consult fertility Dr: You should certainly consult with a fertility expert. Your gynecologist would be the first person. Both you & your spouce need to have physical examination and some tests. In the mean time, best to reduce prequence of sex to every third day to improve sperm count & volume of ejaculate. Avoid hot tub & hot baths. Try and time sex with your ovulatory cycle. Ovulation normally occurs around mid-cycle.
