Low: If there was no penile discharge (including precum), then there is an almost zero chance of getting pregnant.

Unlikely: It is not likely that you will conceive with the situation you describe - however it is still possible and you should consider contraception if you do not wish to conceive. Pcos makes it more difficult for many women to conceive - but certainly not impossible.
