A member asked:

Please can olomid help my low sperm count?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: A third of the time Clomid (clomiphene) can improve sperm count. Another third there is no change and in the last third Clomid (clomiphene) can actually worsen the sperm count. Please speak to your urologist before starting the clomid (clomiphene).
