Dysparunea: The vaginal wall can expand quite a bit. If you think about the size of a baby passing thru the vagina, you can imagine to amount it can stretch. However, a large penis size for some women can cause discomfort. There may need to be more then usual amount of foreplay to allow more easy coitus. In addition the use of a water based lube may help.
