Yes, it is possible: Light spotting can be seen with implantation. Most of the time clear mucus (egg white cervical mucus -ewcm)is closer to ovulation than six days. But because of the way ovulation kits work they can be positive 24-48 hrs prior to actual egg release. And although implantation tends to be a day or so after fertilization, it could be implantation.
