Possible: A chlamydia infection can cause scarring in your tubes. Unfortunately this can be an asymptomatic infection in a lot of women. Even without symptoms, this infection can cause significant issues, and can be a cause of infertility.

Both gonorrhea and chlamydia can scar and or block the tubes. This can lead to a dangerous tubal pregnancy or prevent natural pregnancy. Testing can evaluate your tubes.
