Antibiotics: Your doctor can prescribe antibiotics. Oral antibiotics will usually work, but in severe cases a shot or even IV treatment may be needed.

GC: The drug of choice is penicillin in patients that are not allergic. Rocephin (ceftriaxone) or Erythromycin could be used as well.
