Does taking cla affect birthcontrol in any way? i just want to make sure taking cla while on birthcontrol wont cancel the birthcontrol or make me get my time of the month earlier

I : I assume this is conjugated linoleic acid (cla) supplements. There are no studies performed on taking cla while using oral contraceptives. It is unlikely to cause a problem, but as there are no studies this cannot definitely be stated. It would be reasonable to ask your pharmacist also.
