Hi. : Hi. The white bump on your vagina might be a harmless, simple sebaceous cyst. However, if you are sexually active and you have a vaginal discharge, itching or pain then there is a possibility of a sexually transmitted disease. Other causes for bumps include herpes (blister) and sebaceous cysts. If it were to become, red, warm, stinky, painful and/ or swollen that could signal an infection.
