If : If the average human sperm cell is about 55 microns long (very, very, very tiny) you would be unlikely to see it if it slipped out of the tip of the condom. Remember that the sperm can whip it's tail to move. I would not be comforted by the fact that all of the semen appeared to be contained in the condom. Make sure to use condoms before their expiration date and to place it on the penis correctly.

Unlikely: If you practice unprotected sex, there is always that possibility. The risk without ejaculation is minimal if you are absolutely sure that was the case.
