Based : Based on the information you provided, there seems to be a low probability that you are pregnant. If you are having pelvic pain and a clear discharge then you need to be evaluated by a medical professional in order to rule out vaginal infection. Possible infection: Although it isn't quite clear how many days have passed since your menses on 10/31, you many be experiencing Mittlesmertz or ovulation pain. Alternatively, the discharge and pelvic discomfort is suggestive of vaginitis or pelvic infection, and an evaluation is recommended.
