If : If your periods are regular at 28-30 days, than it's unlikely you got pregnant on 10/22. If your cycles come at a more lengthy interval, then anythings possible. If you did get pregnant 10/22, then your hormone levels would be coming up now, and you should have a positive test sometime in then next 4-7 days. At this point, waiting is the only option.

See below: If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex, get HPV vaccine.
