It doesn't (so far): Avastin (bevacizumab) is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits blood vessel growth. It can impair fertility in women, but i don't find any studies that show reduction in male fertility. Not sure: Cholesterol-lowering agents can reduce the ability to build new membranes and sperm need lots of new membranes. Having said this, a definitive relationship between cholesterol lowering agents and male infertility has not been described.
