Depends: Pregnancy has been documented from intercourse on any day of a woman's cycle including during menses. It is certainly less likely then, and would be more often seen with those having irregular ovulation, however, risk remains.If you are trying to avoid pregnancy you need to use some form of BC for any exposure.
