Doesn't make sense: A lesion is a visual representation of damage or disease on something solid (e.g. Skin or organ). Semen is liquid. There may be abnormalities in the semen signifying a problem elsewhere that may lead you to a lesion on the organ (e.g. Prostate) but a liquid material like semen can't have a lesion.
