More than likely: The more important issue is sperm viability and motility in other words, are there live sperm and how do they move about. As long as there are live sperm and they are able to swim and move about, they should be able to get pregnant naturally. It also has something to do with the shear number of live sperm as well. Perhaps they have already had one, but if not suggest they do this test.
