Get checked out ...: If you and your partner are trying to conceive you should see a fertility specialist (rei). Low semen volume can occur with low testosterone levels (hypogonadism) or with retrograde ejaculation, where part of your ejaculate 'goes backwards' into your bladder - this is more common in diabetics or on medications for blood pressure or prostate enlargement. You need blood work and a semen analysis.
