Enema: You don't say how long it has been since your last bowel movement. But if 2 suppositories (were they laxative or glycerin) and a bottle of citrate of magnesium hasn't stimulated a bowel movement than an enema may be the next step. Disposable fleet enema (sodium bisphosphate) is easy to use and affordable.
