Periods start: Most important would be the resumption of menses, but the period comes after the first ovulation by about 2 weeks so if you are trying to prevent pregnancy you need to protect starting 3 months from the last injection of depot provera (medroxyprogesterone). Assuming Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone).
