Scrotal tethering: In general, this refers to an anomaly of the undersurface (ventrum) of the penis whereby the scrotum extends out along the shaft of the penis. This increases the chance of complications with routine circumcision and can be associated with penile angulation with erection. It is likely is of no consequence if the prepuce is left intact.

Webbed penis: Webbed penis is a condition in which the scrotal skin extends over the under surface of the penis leading to loss of peno-scrotal angle which is cosmetically suboptimal . It can be corrected by surgery.
